    • Management tool - Robomongo

    We have several choices for administrative interfaces as listed in Admin UIs.

    We'll use Robomongo as a MongoDB management tool. Robomongo is a shell-centric cross-platform open source MongoDB management tool (i.e. Admin GUI). Robomongo embeds the same JavaScript engine that powers the MongoDB 2.2mongo shell.

    The package is available from Download Robomongo.

    $ sudo dpkg -i robomongo-0.8.5-x86_64.deb


    $ robomongo

    We leave other items in the settings as default. Then, click "Connect":
